At elaVate, every meal tells a story — of home, heritage, and hope. We’re a Kerala cloud kitchen based in Hyderabad, built around one heartfelt mission: to bring the soulful comfort of traditional Kerala food to those far from home, while staying rooted in sustainability, inclusivity, and impact.
Our name combines ela (banana leaf) with Vate (a twist on "elevate") — because that’s what we aim to do: elevate Kerala’s deeply flavorful yet often overlooked cuisine, served the way it’s meant to be — lovingly wrapped in banana leaves, just like back home.
But elaVate is more than just a food brand.
We are proudly women-led and committed to creating meaningful opportunities for local women — from home cooks and packers to storytellers and cultural ambassadors. We believe that food is a powerful force for dignity and economic freedom. That’s why elaVate aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) — especially Gender Equality (SDG 5), Decent Work (SDG 8), Responsible Consumption (SDG 12), and Climate Action (SDG 13).

elaVate was born from a shared longing for the taste of home — the kind of food that arrives wrapped in banana leaves, carrying not just flavor, but memories. We’re a small team of friends from very different worlds: one a singer and storyteller with a deep connection to people, another from the fast-moving world of EV tech and innovation, and the third, an experienced entrepreneur across F&B, construction, and energy.
What brought us together was a deep love for Kerala’s culinary heritage — and a burning desire to see it celebrated beyond borders. What started as casual conversations over food turned into brainstorming sessions, food trials, late-night drives, market runs, and endless voice notes. We had no roadmap — just a shared vision: to build something meaningful that respects tradition while embracing the future.
Together, we’ve worn every hat — founders, cooks, marketers, delivery coordinators, storytellers — building elaVate one meal, one reel, one story at a time. Today, elaVate is more than a cloud kitchen. It’s a movement to redefine how Kerala food is seen, served, and savored.
